Quick Disconnect Ball Joints Inline QIL

The QIL series quick disconnect ball joints provide a 180° misalignment joint. It is ideal for applications requiring rapid assembly and disassembly of the ball joint. 

Material

  • Ball socket: low carbon steel
  • Ball stud: low carbon steel
  • Spring: stainless steel 
  • Finishes: zinc plated yellow dichromate treated or zinc plated white and blue passivate (silver/clear) for corrosion resistance
  • Lubrication: bearing cavity filled with high wear lubricant

Custom Ball Joints

  • Stainless steel 303/304/316L is available on request
  • Metric thread is available on request in large volume

Temperature Range

  • -30°C ~ +120°C(-22°F ~ +248°F)
